How can I place an order?

You can place an order right here on our website. Just add the items you would like to order to your cart, and check out!

You can also place an order by calling our customer service line. Please be sure to have the item numbers ready before calling, as our agents will need this information in order to place your order. 

If you are trying to place an order by phone and your order is more than 10 items, please email: lapetitetreasure1@gmail.com with your item numbers, colors, and sizes, and a member of our customer service department will get your order ready for you and give you a call when we are ready for your payment information.

I want to change/cancel my order. Is it too late?

We work very hard to process your order as quickly as possible. In some cases, it may be too late to modify or cancel your order. Give us a call as soon as possible and we’ll try our best to help you.

Can I Combine The Shipping Of Multiple Orders?

We are unable to combine shipping or refund extra shipping costs. Once your order is placed, it is given to our team to be packed and filled.

My order status is "PS" - what does that mean?

“PS” stands for Processing. If your order status says “PS”, we are about to charge your card for your order. 

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with essential tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours for your first scan to appear. You can also log in to the SHOP App to check updates on orders.

What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?

We do our best to ship all orders following the turnaround time that was posted on your cart page and in your email confirmation at the time of purchase. However, please note that orders are sometimes subject to delay. La Petite Treasure is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, and we do not refund shipping if your package is delayed due to courier issue.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Purchase Orders can pay by credit card.

Can I pay with an international credit card?

No, you can not pay with an international credit card, however, we may require further verification. If this occurs, your order will be placed on hold, and we will email you with the steps to verify your order.

Please note that all prices are quoted and charged in U.S. Dollars.

How long does it take for you to charge my card?

We do NOT charge your card at the time you place your order. It may take up to 1-2 business days before we charge your card. Your card is charged just before we send your order to be picked by our warehouse.

Will there be tax charged on my order?

Taxes will be assessed based on State and Regional tax laws and is automatically calculated based on your ship to postal code entered during checkout. If you are charged sales tax and have a tax exempt certificate, please place your order now and email a copy of your tax exempt form to lapetitetreasure1@gmail.com and reference your order number. We will adjust the taxes on your order upon the receipt of your tax exempt form.

Why did my credit card decline?

There are many reasons a credit card can decline. In many cases, it is a simple typo in the expiration date or security code. Give us a call as soon as possible at to update your payment information. You may also call your bank or credit card company to determine why your card was declined.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders that may take up to 1-2 business days to process. If the order is placed after 2PM EST on a business day, the next business day counts as the first business day.

Please note that issues with payment or order verification may delay your order further. If your order is placed into a hold status for any reason, we will contact you by phone and email.

Certain oversize items may incur additional shipping charges which will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

You will receive a tracking number by email which you can use to track your order online. Please note that shipping times are calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse. 

Where is my package?

You will be emailed a tracking number within 1-2 business days from the time you place your order. We ship by US Postal Service and UPS. All forms of UPS shipments can be tracked at the UPS website below:

If you are not sure what shipment method you selected for your package, please contact us and we can tell you which shipment method was used.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

In most cases, yes, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. In some cases, we may require further verification, which may or may not require your order to be shipped to the billing address that your bank has on file. If this occurs, your order will be placed on hold until we are able to speak with you to verify your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We do NOT ship internationally to select global regions.

How do I contact Customer Service?

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We offer expedited shipping. 

2-day shipping is prioritized and once the order ships, it most often arrives by the second business day (does not account for weekends, M-F only). And, 2-day orders (depending on the time of day placed/volume) may still require 1-2 days for processing before they are shipped out of the warehouse.

Because of high order volumes, Priority Shipping is not available during seasonal launches and for the two weeks following.

All expedited shipments ship out via USPS 2-day. 

Once an order is placed with standard ground shipping, we will not be able to guarantee an upgrade to priority shipping, as labels and packing happen in sequence once processed in our warehouse. We will do our very best to accommodate requests to upgrade shipping, but understand that this is an exception and not the rule. 

Shipping Policy

We are a team of real humans who work really hard to take care of every customer as promptly as we can! Everything ships out of our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV, packed by our internal team of great people as fast we can get it out.

Standard Ground - ships in 1-5 business days and typically takes 2-5 business days in transit depending on where you are located.

2 Day Shipping - ships within 24 hours of the order being placed and takes 2 business days after shipped.

*Please note that in the week of sales events we process as fast as possible but our shipping timelines move to 2-7 business days depending on volume.

Return and Exchange policy

Return Policy

Because our items are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final in terms of refunds and exchanges.

No Refunds or Exchanges

  • We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
  • We do not offer exchanges, as we typically only have one of each item in stock.

Store Credit Only

  • Eligible returns will be issued store credit only.
  • Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for store credit:

  • Items must be returned within [7 days] of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must have original tags (if applicable).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you choose to use our free return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Can I combine multiple orders in the same return?

The short answer is NO :( 

We kindly request that they be shipped back to us separately. When submitting your return form online, the return label provided to you is based on items and weight, so if you were to include any additional items, it may require more postage that the system will not recognize, resulting in a failed delivery attempt or delayed refund.

Returning a Gift

Yes, you can return your gifted items as long as the products are within the policy return window, free of any damage or wear, and still with the original tags intact!

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You will receive a store credit via email in the form of an e-gift card code.

If you are exchanging an item, we recommend returning the item(s) as soon as possible to expedite your exchange process.

**Items must be purchased directly from our site to be eligible for a return and/or exchange. 

Final Sale Returns

Because our items are pre-loved and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final in terms of refunds and exchanges.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
How do I get an RMA number?

If you originally placed your order through lapetitetreasure.com, you may log in to your La Petite Treasure account to get your RMA number. Once you submit your request, it may take us up to 1-2 business days to email you an RMA number. As an alternative, you may call us to obtain an RMA number.

Refunds: Are only issued in Store Credits.

Store Credit: Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and the store credit will be emailed to you via an e-gift card code!

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers choosing to return their purchase for a refund credit, must either pay for a return label, or ship item(s) back using a carrier of their choosing. Return label fees ($7.00 per label) will be debited from your refund.

Customers choosing to return their purchase for a store credit will have to pay the fee for the return label.

Exchanges if possible will also be subjected to the $7.00 fee, unless the item is not available and a store credit is chosen instead of a return store credit. Please let us know your preference regarding a store credit when the request for your RMA number.

All return labels are emailed by USPS, not La Petite Treasure. If you have not received your return label after you receive your RMA number from La Petite Treasure, please check your spam folder.

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
